Responsibilities:
· Responsible for work pass administration such as work pass applications, renewal, cancellation, and issuance
· Liaising with employment agencies, posting jobs on various job portals, coordinating with hiring managers and candidates on interview
· Update and maintain employees' information into system, records and personal files.
· Responsible for onboarding and off boarding administration
· Process payroll, CPF, Income Tax, IR21 and other relevant statutory submissions
· Ensure timely submission of statutory matters like MOM and related market surveys
· Source and facilitate staff training, update and maintain staff training records and timely submission of training grant
· Any other administrative duties & ad hoc duties tasked by Manager or Supervisor.
Job Requirement:
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience
- Good knowledge of employment legislation(Employment Act)
