Role Overview:
As a Recruitment Sales Consultant specializing in the Banking & Finance / IT / Manufacturing / E-Commerce industry, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth for Achieve Group. This is a 360 recruitment role where you'll be responsible for building and nurturing client relationships, identifying top-tier candidates, and ensuring a seamless recruitment process for both clients and candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify and target potential clients in the Banking & Finance, IT, Manufacturing, E-Commerce industry. Create and execute effective business development strategies to expand our client base.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels to identify high-quality candidates, including networking, job boards, social media, and referrals. Screen, interview, and assess candidates to match them with suitable job opportunities.
- Recruitment Process Management: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for both clients and candidates.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market insights, and competitor activities within the Banking & Finance, IT, Manufacturing, E-Commerce industry. Leverage this knowledge to provide valuable insights to clients and candidates.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a business development or recruitment role, preferably within the Banking & Finance, IT, Manufacturing, E-Commerce industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A proactive and self-driven attitude.
- Knowledge of the recruitment process and best practices.
- Familiarity with relevant industry trends and developments.
