Responsibilities:
· Handle day-to-day administrative tasks.
· Attend to incoming calls and visitors.
· Support recruitment and new staff introduction, orientation process.
· Manage staff leave application, records and reports.
· Generate and submit monthly attendance report.
· Arrange dormitory, transport, training, work pass application/renewal for workers.
· Keep track workers’ overtime claim and process workers’ payroll.
· Handle workers inquires on payment, reimbursement, etc.
· Manage PCP to cover all foreign workers.
· Gather information and prepare document for insurance claim.
· Support and organize company event or team bonding activities.
· Handle data entry, filing and documentation.
· Other ad-hoc works assigned.
Requirement:
· Diploma in Human Resource or related field of study
· Proficient with MS Office
· Meticulous, Patient and Results Oriented
· Good communication and problem solving skills
· Work independently & efficiently
· Minimum 3 years of working experience in construction company
