ACR Recruitment & Training LTD are looking for an experienced CNC Turner Setter operator, for our Engineering client based in Coventry to help strengthen their team. This is a permanent position starting immediately for the successful candidate.

Working hours:

• Monday to Thursday - 7:30am to 4:30pm
• Friday - 7:30am to 12:30pm.

As an Experienced CNC Turning Machine Setter/Operator within the turning section

Duties will include:

• Setting, and operating machines using proven programs
• Setting, and operating machines to prove new programs
• Editing of programs
• Interpretation of drawings and 3D digital files
• Produce prototypes / small production runs
• Carry out inspection of your work (CMM and Manual)
• Maintain clean and tidy stations
• Produce work of a high standard by adhering to quality standards to ensure that product is produced to agreed specifications.
• Training Other members of the Turning section in setting machines
• Maintain a good working relationship with colleagues to promote successful teamwork. Experience Required Time served / equivalent experience in a precision machining company

Relevant Engineering Qualification:

• Ideally Apprentice Trained
• Competent in Fanuc controls

(ESSENTIAL)

• Competent in CNC Thread Machining
• Strong understanding of Fanuc programs with ability to edit, re-run tools etc.
• Able to move offsets
• Able to prove unproven programs, safely
• Competent in inspecting own work using CMMs and gauges to verify product quality
• Conversant with Lynx and Doosan machinery (Preferable)
• CAM experience (Preferable)
• Working to tight tolerances
• Experience of working with a wide range of materials including , Inconel, titanium, mild steels, brass, aluminium-bronze, bronzes, aluminium, plastics, super duplex etc.
• Ability to work under pressure with attention to detail
• Team Player
• Flexible

ACR Recruitment & Training LTD are looking for passionate and motivated Level 3 Qualified Nursery Nurse , with a minimum Level 3 qualification and knowledge of the EYFS to join our successful team, working in Childcare settings throughout Coventry.

Nursery Nurse Qualification:

• Level 3 Early years/ Nursery Qualifications

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To work as a member of a team to provide a safe, caring, stimulating environment for the children, in line with the EYFS.
• To provide a wide variety of activities for the children
• To ensure the maintenance of adequate standards of cleanliness and hygiene for the children attending the nursery. This includes changing nappies and toilet training (this maybe as some nurseries, not all)
• To undertake certain domestic jobs within the nursery, e.g. Cleansing of equipment etc and the cleaning of rooms. Ensuring the nursery is kept clean and tidy.
• To keep up to date with the Health and Safety at work Act.
• To assist with serving the children’s lunches, Respect Preferences, Adhere to Allergies
• To ensure that all policies/procedures and risk assessments are read, understood, and adhered to.
• To respect the confidentiality of all information received.
