Responsibilities:

• Responsibility for achievement of monthly and yearly sales targets.
• Territory management - Daily field calls and review call on assign target audience at a frequency as spelt out in itineraries to achieve effective coverage at minimum cost and time required.
• Plan and carry out adequate ethical promotional activities i.e. CMEs, seminars, event, product presentations to customers to promote brand image and product awareness.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities with both existing and potential customers.
• Provides professional customers servicing through regular coverage, develop ability to response to customer’s requirements and queries effectively.
• Differentiate products from competitors and address customer issues confidently and appropriately.
• Measure sales and promotional activities progress against plans and targets and take pro-active actions.
• Demonstrate a strong desire to acquire knowledge and advance within the company through continuous learning and personal growth.
• Update management on customers, competitors and market changes in the assign territory.
• To follow and undertake all sales and marketing activities as instituted by Sales Manager.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirement:

• Minimum a Professional Certificate or Diploma in Nursing / Medical Assistant / Paramedic Science / OSH / Medical Science or any related fields
• First Aider/First Aid Instructor/Nurse/Paramedic/AMO/EMT/Pre-hospital professional with relevant working experiences is preferable
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa is required.
• Innovative, aggressive, and self-motivated, with the ability to relate to diverse groups of people.
• Good presentation skills and computer literacy
• Good Interaction & Communication Skills
• Independent, self- discipline and motivated
• Positive mindset, able to think critically to solve customer problem.
• Possess your own transport and a valid driving license.

• Nutritionist/Dietitian needed in Food Manufacturing - Project based 
• Working with Sales & Marketing and R&D Department to identify, development products and flavours for key customers.
• Contribute nutrition expertise in the development of new products.
• Proven experience in food development or related nutrition projects

Responsibilities

1. Create and maintain strong working relationships with Instructors / Facilitators (for all related programmes).
2. To brief and disseminate information to Instructors / Facilitators for various programmes.
3. Evaluate and make changes to the programme based on clients' and affiliated companies' feedback and evaluation.
4. Monitor the Instructors / Facilitators performances and discipline while ensuring that it adheres to the code of conduct.
5. Track and maintain updated records / logs of incidents at the events.
6. Verify Instructors / Facilitators log sheet at the beginning of each month for payment.
7. Assist the Operations Manager or other Programme Coordinators with any other ad-hoc tasks when required.
