Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Content Creator cum Marketing Executive at Asian Beauty Corner located in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The role involves creating compelling content and executing marketing strategies to promote various Korean cosmetic and skincare brands represented by Asian Beauty Corner.

Qualifications

• Posses a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2-3 years experience in content creation, social media marketing, and digital advertising.
• Experience or strong interest in hosting live streams and engaging with audiences in real time.
• Strong writing and editing skills, proficiency in social media platforms, a basic understanding of SEO, and familiarity with content management systems (CMS).
• Experience in managing marketing campaigns and collaborating with influencers (KOL).
• Knowledge of the beauty industry, particularly Korean cosmetics and skincare trends.
• Understanding of e-commerce platforms and online marketing strategies.
• Experience with graphic design tools and video editing software is a plus (Canva, Capcut, Vimeo, Inshot & Adobe)
• Strong communication skills and creative thinking abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to generate innovative ideas and create compelling content that resonates with target audiences.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Preferably Chinese candidate as part of business requirement

SALES EXECUTIVE - MEDICAL DEVICE

Attractive Salary Package: Basic + Allowance + Commission = Earn up to RM90-120K Annually!

Work Location: Kuala Lumpur, Kelantan & Terengganu.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Gaining market share in specific businesses by promoting and selling medical devices and consumable products within assigned territories.
• Make territory sales plan by-products and by-customers in accordance with the assigned sales targets.
• Achieve sales target both in products and number of customers as per monthly and quarterly plan.
• Make itineraries and daily activities report of what has been done and how much sales were achieved on that day.
• Report on competitor’s activities and market situation.
• Expand and penetrate the market with both new and existing products.
• Promote the product through good product knowledge.
• The honest and appropriate way of promotional materials use.
• Keep excellent and prompt communication between customers and the company pertaining to the business.
• Keep good relationships with the principal, customers, and colleagues.
• Review regularly the customer master list and recommend for alteration.
• Submit all required reports on time.

REQUIREMENT:

• STPM / Diploma / Bachelor degree in Medical Science / Biomedical / Electrical & Electronic / Marketing / Economics / Business Administration / Marketing (preferred but not mandatory).
• Superior product knowledge. Able to absorb complex technical product knowledge.
• 2 -3 years’ experience in Medical Devices, pharmaceuticals, OTC or healthcare-related industries is an added advantage but not mandatory. Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply!
• Ability to plan, organize, monitor and execute CME / workshop / technical training sessions.
• Highly self-motivated, strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
• Candidates must be willing to travel extensively.
• Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint skills.
• Results and quality-oriented.
• Excellent team player.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Melayu.
• Extensive product and sales training will be provided.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the company's compliance with occupational safety and health regulatory requirements and implement the safety and health policy and procedures. 
• Develop, implement and conduct safety programs to prevent workplace accidents.
• Investigates all workplace safety inspections, identify potential hazards and recommend corrective and preventive actions. 
• Perform regular workplace inspection/internal audit to ensure hazards/risks are mitigated.
• Lead and coordinate the Safety and Health committee meeting.
• To conduct Safety Induction Programmed of new employees and subcontractors.
• Organise and conduct employee safety training to raise safety awareness and improve emergency response capabilities. 
• Track and update changes in OSHA standards and relevant regulations to ensure timely compliance. Investigate and report any workplace accidents or violations, providing recommendations to prevent recurrence. 
• Collaborate with internal teams and external regulatory bodies to ensure the implementation of best safety practices and standards. 
• Liaise with local Authorities such as DOSH. DOE, BOMBA, JKKP and etc.
• To maintain and keep all the safety documents for the purpose of the inspection by any government bodies and audit.
• To carry out any other instruction made by the employer or any person in charge of the place of work on any matters pertaining to safety and health of the place of work.

Requirements:

• At least Diploma or Degree in Occupational, Safety & Health, Environmental or Certification from OSHA/NIOSH.
• Candidate must valid Green Book registration with DOSH (JKKP) for Safety and Health Officer (SHO).
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations, guidelines, and best practices. 
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with various departments.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, capable of independent analysis and judgment under pressure. 
• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
