About the role: As a Registered Nurse at RSL LifeCare, Williams Beech Gardens , every day you're empowered to make a meaningful difference to people's lives in our 50-bed aged care home in Condobolin . Deliver and oversee the provision of high-quality care to residents
Practice within a diverse and multi-disciplinary care team
Provide clinical leadership, ensuring individualised, integrated, effective and safe clinical care
Embody a person-centred approach, recognising and promoting the individual's unique goals and preferences
Participate in clinical risk management and continuous quality improvement activities

Current AHPRA registration and Australian Working Rights
