About the role:

The Role:

Moderna is seeking a Principal Scientist to join a highly collaborative, multi-disciplinary, fast-paced team based in Cambridge, MA. In this role, you will evaluate cancer specific genomic aberrations and immune evasion mechanisms, translate public and proprietary information into useful training data to help develop bioinformatics algorithms in the context of individualized neoantigen therapy (INT, previously known as personalized cancer vaccine, PCV) development. You will collaborate with computational biologists, immunologists, translational scientists, and machine learning scientists to drive INT discovery research and clinical development.

• Lead the evaluation of genomic technologies (e.g. short-read based whole exome/genome sequencing, RNA sequencing) and computational methodologies and establish best practices for identification and quantitation of local and larger-scale genomic aberrations such as  point mutations, copy-number variations, structural variants and gene-fusion etc., and focused analysis on highly polymorphic and complex genomic regions.

• Evaluate state-of-the-art and develop novel bioinformatic methods to identify aberrant genomic features in tumor and tumor microenvironment, and assess impact by correlating to other assays (e.g. digital pathology, ddPCR)

• Investigate genomic regions of special interest to antigen presentation and immunogenicity

• Collaborate with discovery and translational biologists to support INT research and clinical development.

Job Summary

The Oncology Vascular Access Territory Manager will sell the HD Safety product portfolio as well as Infection Prevention product portfolio to Acute Care facilities and Oncology/Infusion Centers.  The territory manager is a highly proficient sales performer with experienced level of knowledge regarding Hazardous Drug Safety space and experience with Infection prevention. This person will work closely with their Regional Manager to identify targets and to implement effective selling strategies that foster a sales performance crafted to achieve their territory sales budget. They understand the importance of implementing existing national and local contracts by using pricing strategies to drive sales by collaborating with National Accounts and Business Integrators as appropriate.  They also work collaboratively with Infusion, Surgical and Access teams to enhance relationships they have in areas of the hospital to expand chemo safety penetration, infection prevention and identify new account opportunities. Conversely, the relationships developed in pharmacy and oncology can be used to create opportunities to increase the Infusion team product sales growth. Moderna is seeking a Director of Clinical Operations to manage Oncology programs which may consist of one or more studies. This position will be responsible for initiating and leading clinical programs, inclusive of studies, across all phases, including overseeing CROs and vendors and working cross-functionally on clinical operations strategy and related initiatives. This position reports to the Executive Director, Clinical Operations, Oncology. This position will work collaboratively across the Oncology and cross-functional teams on the overall development programs and related studies to ensure successful execution of assigned projects.

• Accountable for delivery of assigned clinical program/studies budget, timelines, and resource management with focus on quality, including making recommendations and decisions regarding operational strategies to support study and/or program objectives

The Applications Technician will be a core member of the Machine Solutions customer service and sales support team. The role will be located at the MSI Flagstaff, AZ Office. The technician will learn how to operate Machine Solutions equipment and use this knowledge to run product samples, host customer training and perform quality inspections to ensure equipment meets operational specifications. This individual will play a vital role in ensuring our equipment will provide our customers with a solution for the development and manufacturing of medical devices. • Lab-based duties include sample processing and contract testing, measuring and recording precise data and analyzing results

Red Oak Sourcing is a 50/50 stand-alone joint venture between CVS Health and Cardinal Health, built upon a state-of-the-art data analytics platform for sourcing generic pharmaceuticals. Red Oak is one of the largest pharmaceutical sourcing entities in the United States and responsible for securing generic pharmaceutical products for over 9,000 CVS retail locations, Caremark mail-order facilities, and the Cardinal Health pharmaceutical distribution network of independent pharmacies, hospitals, and long-term care facilities.

Position Summary

The Strategy & Analytics team helps shape the generic pharmaceutical sourcing strategy for Red Oak Sourcing, a 50/50 joint venture between two Fortune 15 companies – Cardinal Health and CVS Health. The team is seeking a Senior Analyst to help run a wide variety of ongoing and ad hoc projects that inform both daily generic pharmaceutical sourcing operations and longer-term strategy and data innovation. Success in this role requires strong analytics skills, experience with key data tools, and the ability to work collaboratively across business functions. Experience working in the industry (e.g., pharmaceuticals, healthcare, etc.) is also a plus. The Senior Analyst will have the opportunity to learn about an important segment in the healthcare space at one of the most innovative companies in the industry.

Location: Hybrid work model (office located in Foxboro, MA) in which Monday's and Friday's are work-from-home (remote) and Tuesday through Thursday are in-office

Core Responsibilities

1. Analytics & Insights

― Understand how product, supplier, and industry dynamics may impact Red Oak Sourcing

― Perform ad hoc quantitative analyses across a variety of topics, as well as oversee recurring deliverables

― Compile data and information from multiple sources and translate into meaningful insights

― Communicate findings through appropriate tools (e.g., Tableau dashboards, slide presentations, or reports)

2. Data Infrastructure

― Learn the fundamentals of Red Oak Sourcing’s proprietary data infrastructure

― Work cross-functionally to optimize data workflows

― Digitize and systematize internal knowledge, and integrate this information into standard processes

― Drive internal innovation efforts to make decisions faster and more effectively

― Support change management initiatives to help adopt new information assets (e.g., Tableau)

― Integrate different data sources into Red Oak Sourcing’s database infrastructure

3. Cross-functional Support

― Drive a variety of projects across the organization, such as design sprints and quarterly board meetings

― Support supplier meetings with dynamic portfolio assessments across a variety of metrics

― Execute review of generic portfolio (e.g., identify cost savings, forecast potential changes in product dynamics, model changes in purchasing methodologies, etc.)

― Partner cross-functionally to address business needs and create efficiencies

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree, preferably in a related field (e.g., business, healthcare, etc.)

• 2-3 years of experience in a related field (e.g., pharmaceuticals, healthcare, etc.) preferred

• Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in key analytics and data visualization tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Alteryx, Microsoft Power Suite, Tableau)

• Exposure to programming languages is a plus (e.g., VBA, Python, R)

• Experience with relational databases and database management fundamentals is a plus

• Strong written communication skills and the ability to clearly present results of complex analyses

• Demonstrated proficiency presenting and communicating to individuals and groups (e.g., via PowerPoint)

• Ability to connect disparate data and information to identify themes and trends

• Experience with innovation methods is a plus (e.g., human centered design, design thinking, systems thinking)

JOB SUMMARY

Our Respiratory Therapists positively impact the lives of patients by managing the provision of prescribed respiratory therapy modalities to patients at home who have difficulty breathing.  Working in partnership with a patient’s physician, our Respiratory Therapists provide patient/caregiver education regarding self-administration of respiratory therapy equipment to treat new patients.  In addition, the Respiratory Therapists assist with complex equipment follow up monitoring and clinical assessment for existing patients to ensure their equipment is functioning properly and related therapy goals are being met.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Set up and operate various types of respiratory care equipment; including, but not limited to, oxygen therapy, nebulization therapy, apnea monitoring, suctioning, PAP, invasive and non-invasive ventilation.
• Inspects and tests equipment to ensure proper operating condition.
• Provide instructions to patients and/or caregivers on the proper use of equipment and/or respiratory care procedures via in person or electronic means (Telehealth). Ensures patients and/or caregivers can effectively operate and maintain equipment.
• Performs clinical assessments and tests such as pulse oximetry, ETCO2, spirometry and gathering vital signs.
• Prepares and maintains a record for each patient containing all pertinent information, care plans, physician prescriptions and follow-up documentation.
• Responsible for accurate data entry on monitoring websites for certain respiratory equipment.
• Consults with referring physician regarding patient treatment, medical condition, home environment, compliance with treatment and Plan of Care.
• Responsible for routine patient follow-up, which may occur in person and/or via Telehealth.
• Adhere to mandatory reporting requirements; physical abuse of any family member, unsafe home environment for care ordered, unsanitary conditions or animals causing such, or insufficient food for children.
• Respond to critical situations as appropriate, during regular business hours and on an on-call basis.
• Performs other duties as required.

Education and/or Experience

• Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations or Professional Designations

• Must possess an active, valid Driver’s License and auto insurance per Apria policy at all times. Will be required to drive personal vehicle for patient home visits.
• Registration or certification by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC).
• Hold a current RCP license in the state of practice (or states that the location covers) if that state requires an RCP license to allow the practice of respiratory therapy.
• Hold a current CPR Certification.
• Hold all applicable licensure in good standing for all states of practice.
