As part of the Rapid Response team, you'll offer high-quality mental health assessments & short-term intervention to young people experiencing mental health crisis. We work closely with wider CAMH services, local authorities, education colleagues & other services.

The role is based at Fir Tree House in Slough when working days and Wexham Park Hospital in Slough when working nights.

Current shift patterns are:
• Assessment Clinician 09:00 – 20:00
• Late Assessment Clinician 11:00 – 22:00
• Follow Up shift 09:00 – 17:00
• Shift Lead 08:00 – 19:00
• Weekend/Bank holidays 08:00 – 17:00
• Night Shift 20:15 – 08:15

You'll be allocated a combination of shifts on a rota basis to complete your contracted hours.

You'll use your excellent communication skills & a compassionate nature to to give full support to patients & their families.

A fantastic static Band6 Occupational Therapyopportunity has arisen at Wexham Park Hospital (WPH). This static role will give you an opportunity for targeted training to further develop or acquire specialist OT skills within medicine (Respiratory, Cardiology, Rheumatology, Frailty, Falls and Dementia care). Shifts on offer*: Monday to Sunday, Days 8am - 8pm, Nights 8pm to 8am

About the Role

Sugarman Health and Wellbeing are looking for a Healthcare Assistant within the Daventry, Northamptonshire area who can support a female service user in her mid 20s, who has Brain Injury, following a cardiac arrest and requires support with Tracheostomy, Diabetes with insulin protocol and other complex needs. She lives at home with her mum, which you will be able to build up key relationships to anyone else involved. Our Healthcare Assistant roles are considered more of a companionship role by building up key relationships and promoting independence through daily tasks for our service user within their own home and especially within the community, such as going on holiday with them.

She is non-verbal, so you will need to communicate with our services users and their next of kin effectively and appropriately, whilst also giving then the opportunity to communicate their needs as well.

Requirements for the Role

Here at Sugarman Health and Wellbeing, we are looking for an outgoing bubbly candidate, who can show their best assets on providing the highest quality of support.

• A minimum of 6 months of professional UK Care experience.

• Background knowledge and experience within complex care, but not a requirement.

• To provide the correct compliance documents including updated Right to Work and original DBS certificate.
