CV Life are looking for exceptional client focused Spa Therapists to join our team at the multi award-winning Mana Spa. Located at The Wave Destination Venue in the centre of Coventry. You will deliver an outstanding and professional customer experience, exceeding the clients’ expectations when delivering bespoke customised treatments. Our state-of-the-art contemporary spa is a career destination for those who strive to work at one of the finest Spas in Coventry. Role and Responsibilities:
- Professional delivery of client consultations and treatments undertaken to a very high standard.
- Ensuring all spa and beauty bookings are made in the most effective and productive way to maximise treatment opportunities.
- Following correct procedures and use of products.
- Maintaining excellent product knowledge of spa services and products.
- The Spa Therapist is responsible for creating an environment that is of pure peace and relaxation for all Spa guests.
Candidate has:
- NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy, or equivalent.
- Working knowledge and experience within a spa therapist position.
- Product knowledge of industry related services.
- Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
To become our Spa Therapist, you will know and understand what it means to deliver amazing hospitality and will thrive on the challenge of always exceeding guest’s expectations. You will be expected to achieve a level of service through the constant monitoring of our established brand standards. You will deliver treatments and consultations continually to a high standard and will be a strong team player. We have the opportunity for both a full time and zero hours contract Therapist. Shifts available are 10-6pm or 12-8pm, including some weekend work.
