The post holder will be part of the Quality, Governance and Lived Experience team and be responsible in the assessment, planning, communication and implementation of health and wellbeing promotion activities for the people we support. The post holder will work to ensure people we supports' health and wellbeing is maximised through preventative health care and research-based, exemplar support that is based on personalised outcomes in the person themselves, partnership with family, friends and health professionals.

About the role
Your main duties will include:
- Active liaison with relevant stakeholders both within and outside Dimensions including maintaining links with national health initiatives, charities, Government organisations and University research projects.
- Developing and reviewing policies and health associated supported documents and maintaining the Dimensions Health and Wellbeing Intranet library.
- Responsibility for developing sustainable Wellbeing and health promotion within the organisation.
- Evaluate and review the effectiveness of the health and wellbeing group to support the strategic direction and roll out of future projects.
About you
The successful applicant will have:
- Positive track record of management in the social or health care field
- Experience in using statistical analytical tools (Excel, SPSS, Statistica etc)
- Have a good understanding of the Health and Wellbeing strategy
- Excellent work planning and prioritisation skills to optimise performance through responsiveness and flexibility
