Communication and Team Working 1. To undertake allocated tasks within the plan of care as identified by the nurse in charge and in accordance with Betsi Cadwalder Policy and Procedures. 2. Education and Development 23. To undertake the mandatory training schedule within designated time scale and have an understanding of Heath & Safety issues. The post holder will be responsible for the delivery of communications skills and physical examinations skills to students. Working across the College of Medicine and Health you will be responsible for leading the development, organisation and delivery of innovative approaches to simulated learning and clinical skills for all health programmes. As an expert practitioner, it is expected that you will have experience in running clinical simulations and supporting staff and students using your skills to create a safe learning environment based on sound pedagogical foundations to ensure our students have a first-class learning experience.
Candidates will have current professional registration (on the appropriate part of the register) with the Nursing and Midwifery Council or Health and Care Professions Council. Candidates will also possess a degree in a relevant subject area.
