Updating and re-sequencing make up stands in major high street retailers, working with leading brands such as L’Oréal Paris, Nyx Professional Make Up, Max Factor, Rimmel and Maybelline.

Momentum Instore have an exciting opportunity for you to join us as a Beauty Merchandiser on a flexible basis, working 8-hour days Monday to Friday as and when we have projects (2025).

We have a busy 6 weeks from the start of January 2025 (schedules of work to be given in December) and are looking for key people in your location. Paid training days will take place in December and paid before Christmas.

Work throughout 2025 on a project-by-project basis.

Role and Responsibilities


Visiting retailers and updating the stand
Moving parts around and resequencing stock according to a new planogram
Changing over the visuals
Maintaining the stand, keeping it looking fresh for customers that visit the store
Travelling to your depot* for kit collection, which is paid time.

We support staff to attend Health Education England funded training in interventions such as CBT for psychosis & bipolar disorder, and Family interventions for psychosis & bipolar disorder. There may also be opportunities to train in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and to co- facilitate DBT Skills Groups and to be trained in EMDR therapy.

We also provides an additionalprogramme of regular CPDcovering a wide range of clinical topics. The role includes regular opportunities for individual and group supervision to support your development. At Band 8a, there will be the expectation you will supervise doctoral clinical psychology trainees, through strong links with the University of Surrey Clinical Psychology (DClinPsy) Training Scheme.

The post is an established at 8a level but we welcome applications from final year Clinical / Counselling Psychologists Trainee Clinical Psychologists, and from Psychologists with less than 18 months post qualification experience, who could progress from a Band 7 preceptorship to a Band 8a in this post. What you’ll be doing

Working as our next Health Physics Monitor, your daily roles and responsibilities will include carrying out activities to support regulatory compliance primarily with the Ionising Radiations Regulations and Environmental Permitting Regulations.

The range of activities include, but are not limited to routine radiation and contamination surveys, radioactive source accountancy, radiation and contamination instrument first line repairs and calibrations, clearance monitoring, environmental monitoring, sampling and analysis of radioactive effluents, solid radioactive waste processing, on-job monitoring for Operations and Maintenance as required.

You will also be required to participate in the nuclear emergency scheme and will receive suitable remuneration for this.

Who you are

We’re looking for you to hold a basic understanding of legislation and company processes relevant to Radiological Protection. As a minimum as well, you will be qualified to GCSE level or higher within relevant fields including Mathematics and English and candidates with a C&G in Radiation Safety Stage 1 will have a distinct advantage. Additional qualifications supporting knowledge in a role like this would be desirable.

Previous experience of working within a Radiological Protection environment along with a strong understanding of radiation safety practice in the nuclear field would be desirable.

To provide information, advice and guidance on the safe, rational, effective and economical use of medicines. Undertake clinical audit and other outcome measures to support patient care and safety. Create and implement medicine related guidelines, policies and SOPs as appropriate to the different service areas. Provide and receive complex, sensitive information and communication relating to pharmaceutical care of patients. Provide prescribing service within sphere of competency to patients in primary care, as a pharmacist independent prescriber. To develop, advise, agree and implement action plans at a practice level, monitor the effect of changes made and ensure that any benefits are maintained in the longer term. This will include: Reviewing prescribing data for the practices to highlight areas where there is scope for improving the clinical effectiveness of prescribing.
