The Homeless Manager promotes a High Reliability Organization (HRO) and manages the daily operation of multiple assigned Specialty Mental Health Programs across a continuum of care.

• The Program Manager provides administrative oversight of the program to include planning, establishing, and implementing policies and procedures, developing program goals and objectives, and monitoring, operating, and evaluating the functioning of the program.
