Position: Member Services Representative - Overnight

Reports to: General Manager (GM)/ Assistant Manager (AM)

Department: Operations

Purpose: Execute club operations overnight in a designated location, ensuring club is operating in compliance with Excel and Planet Fitness policies, practices and objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible to oversee and maintain club operations during the overnight hours

• Monitor and maintain club cleanliness and atmosphere.

• Conduct regular audits to ensure the store is presentable and holding up to Excel Standard.

• Communicate with members and a create a high level of customer service.

• Perform Nightly club inspections, complete assigned cleaning or associated tasks along with re-inspecting said tasks

• Audit club inventory and communicate with GM and Assistant Manager on recommendations of inventory orders.

• Process and Review Daily Club Activity Paperwork and file in appropriate folders

• Audit and Balance Cash Drawers on a daily basis

• Update and Review Daily Club Reports and complete any corresponding Data Entry Documents

• Maintain and clean the Front entrance to provide customers with a clean, presentable, and welcoming environment

• Provide a safe and secure environment during the overnight hours for all members

• Stocking all retail and promotional items and paperwork for the next business day

• Ensuring Facility complies with all state and federal laws and insurance requirements

• Operating and Assisting applicable members with use of Tanning, hydro, and Total Body Enhancement Equipment and making sure all applicable paperwork and procedures are adhered to

• Staying up to date on all required certifications and training courses

• Assisting General Manager and Assistant Manager with club promotions, training, and implementation of any operational strategies

• This position may include the need to supervise other team members and ensure they are meeting Excel Fitness Standards of cleaning and customer service

• Communicating with, promoting, touring, and assisting prospects and potential members

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.

• HS diploma or equivalent required.

• Tanning Certification, CPR Certification, and AED Certification required before working alone

• Previous Experience Working Overnight

• Must be comfortable Working Alone and standing for long periods of time

• Great communication skills with internal and external customers.

• Must be team oriented, motivated and well organized.

• Ability to think critically and evaluate solutions to problems proactively

• Proficient ability in Microsoft Office and Using a Computer

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Completion of an accredited pharmacy technician training program and registration in state in which the position is located.

• At least 1-2 years with pharmacy technician related experience, preferred

• 340B experience preferred

JOB SUMMARY

Our Respiratory Therapists positively impact the lives of patients by managing the provision of prescribed respiratory therapy modalities to patients at home who have difficulty breathing.  Working in partnership with a patient’s physician, our Respiratory Therapists provide patient/caregiver education regarding self-administration of respiratory therapy equipment to treat new patients.  In addition, the Respiratory Therapists assist with complex equipment follow up monitoring and clinical assessment for existing patients to ensure their equipment is functioning properly and related therapy goals are being met.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Set up and operate various types of respiratory care equipment; including, but not limited to, oxygen therapy, nebulization therapy, apnea monitoring, suctioning, PAP, invasive and non-invasive ventilation.
• Inspects and tests equipment to ensure proper operating condition.
• Provide instructions to patients and/or caregivers on the proper use of equipment and/or respiratory care procedures via in person or electronic means (Telehealth). Ensures patients and/or caregivers can effectively operate and maintain equipment.
• Performs clinical assessments and tests such as pulse oximetry, ETCO2, spirometry and gathering vital signs.
• Prepares and maintains a record for each patient containing all pertinent information, care plans, physician prescriptions and follow-up documentation.
• Responsible for accurate data entry on monitoring websites for certain respiratory equipment.
• Consults with referring physician regarding patient treatment, medical condition, home environment, compliance with treatment and Plan of Care.
• Responsible for routine patient follow-up, which may occur in person and/or via Telehealth.

JOB SUMMARY

Our Respiratory Therapists positively impact the lives of patients by managing the provision of prescribed respiratory therapy modalities to patients at home who have difficulty breathing.  Working in partnership with a patient’s physician, our Respiratory Therapists provide patient/caregiver education regarding self-administration of respiratory therapy equipment to treat new patients.  In addition, the Respiratory Therapists assist with complex equipment follow up monitoring and clinical assessment for existing patients to ensure their equipment is functioning properly and related therapy goals are being met.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Set up and operate various types of respiratory care equipment; including, but not limited to, oxygen therapy, nebulization therapy, apnea monitoring, suctioning, PAP, invasive and non-invasive ventilation.
• Inspects and tests equipment to ensure proper operating condition.
• Provide instructions to patients and/or caregivers on the proper use of equipment and/or respiratory care procedures via in person or electronic means (Telehealth). Ensures patients and/or caregivers can effectively operate and maintain equipment.
• Performs clinical assessments and tests such as pulse oximetry, ETCO2, spirometry and gathering vital signs.
• Prepares and maintains a record for each patient containing all pertinent information, care plans, physician prescriptions and follow-up documentation.
• Responsible for accurate data entry on monitoring websites for certain respiratory equipment.
• Consults with referring physician regarding patient treatment, medical condition, home environment, compliance with treatment and Plan of Care.
• Responsible for routine patient follow-up, which may occur in person and/or via Telehealth.

The Leidos Intelligence Group is seeking experienced and fully cleared Medical Instructors to support an exciting and rewarding opportunity for an Intelligence Community customer on a mid-sized occupational healthcare program.  Personnel will work full time direct at client sites, primarily based in Chantilly, VA with occasional local travel to other buildings in the region.  Top Secret SCI security clearance with polygraph is required – we are seeking both fully cleared candidates and candidates interested in obtaining or upgrading their security clearance.

Primary Responsibilities

The Medical Instructor’s primary responsibility is to teach a one-day Trauma Responder Workshop multiple times per week.  This includes preparing for the Workshops, maintaining Workshop equipment and materials, conducting lecture and interactive skills stations/training scenarios, and post-Workshop activities.

Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Preparing materials and equipment for Trauma Responder Workshops,
• Delivering course content via lecture, interactive activities, skills stations, and training scenarios, tailored towards non-medical adult learners,
• Supervise skills stations and training scenarios, providing guidance and correction as needed,
• Maintaining Workshop materials and equipment,
• Conducting post-Workshop reviews and activities,
• Performing logistical and administrative duties in support of Workshops or other client classes/requirements, to include providing backup support to the Workshop Registrar as needed,
• Applying advanced medic skills to support training of personnel deploying to potentially austere environments,
• Supporting high-risk, high-stress training, staff sustainment training, and direct medical training with a focus on medical quality assurance,
• Educating and training non-medical personnel with a specific focus on primary care techniques,
• Maintaining current knowledge in the subject matter area and staying abreast of effective teaching and adult learning strategies,
• Developing solutions which may require analysis and understanding of possible solutions/scenairos,
• Working independently as needed to achieve day-to-day objectives,
• Coordinating with other team members and medical staff as needed,
• Providing surge supports to other areas of the program/department as needed, and
• Deploying for short duration TDYs as needed to deliver Workshops.

Basic Qualifications

• Top Secret SCI security clearance is required. Must be able to obtain a TS/SCI with polygraph.
• National certification in respective field (NREMT-P, combat medic, or equivalent),
• At least four years of teaching experience,
• Ability to develop lesson plans and create course data as needed,
• Enthusiasm for teaching and the subject matter,
• Ability to deliver course content according to the established time allotments,
• Strong prehospital emergency medicine clinical skills (EKG, phlebotomy, triage, trauma assessments, etc.),
• Firm knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy and physiology, and patient education,
• Experience in providing high-stress training to include various medical trainings,
• Excellent organizational and communication skills,
• Foundational understanding of and ability to apply best practices and broad understanding of other related specialty areas,
• Current CPR certification,
• Highly organized and detail oriented, and

HOW YOU'LL WORK:
You'll provide skilled nursing care in a patient's home as directed by the attending physician. You will utilize the principles of current wound management theory when providing care to patients with acute and chronic wounds.  You will work autonomously, so you need to be efficient in managing your time. MAJOR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY: 

• Plan of Care: Observe and monitor patient conditions and perform OASIS assessments (If you don’t already know this assessment, we will teach you!) to develop an individualized care plan and adjust as needs change.

• Wound Care: Ability to perform wound assessment, reassessment and management for patients with wounds per state board guidelines. Manage wound visit utilization and wound supply costs for the agency.

• Minimize Patient Risk: Administers medication as prescribed by the physician and helps decrease re-hospitalizations by prioritizing visits for high-risk patients.

• Continuity of Care: Manage multi-disciplinary care as applicable while promoting continuity of care with appropriate admissions, transfers, and discharges.

• Family Educator/Advocate: Formulate a teaching plan based upon identified learning needs and evaluate effectiveness of learning; family is included in teaching as appropriate.

• Teamwork: Serves as a resource person to physicians and nursing staff. 

• Policies: Completes all clinical documentation following agency protocol and Medicare/Federal guidelines.  Collaborates with the interdisciplinary team and physicians to ensure optimal care is provided.
