The Ambulatory Care Nurse Manager actively develops and manages collaborative partnerships with physicians and other members of the multi-disciplinary team as a means of providing high-quality, cost effective, and customer focused health care. He/she is ultimately responsible for ensuring suitable and timely training, appraisal/performance development, counseling, scheduling of the unit, coaches staff, effectively manages employee conduct and performance issues, and completes recurrent reports and performance evaluations in a timely manner. The Ambulatory Care Nurse Manager participates in service and medical center committees and task forces to improve nursing standards of practice and patient care, while identifying educational needs to staff and ensuring that those needs are aptly addressed.

• Leads team to resolve non-compliance issues among applications, provides guidance to Field staff on polices, and communicates with facility offices and/or applicants to remediate application deficiencies.
• Oversees Planning for semi-annual review meetings including logistics, contracting for working space and lodging, and administrative support. Ensures that internal deadlines are met regarding FACA meeting notices in the Federal Registry.
• Subsequent to the review meetings, prepares notifications to each facility that accurately convey the review boards' conclusions including scores and percentile ranks.
• Incumbent participates in program strategic and operational planning including the development of short/long range goals and objectives using lean processes and other quality improvement tools.
• Develops, documents, and communicates new programs or changes, and takes necessary steps to implement changes or new programs.

As a Health and Safety Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring all health and safety protocols are met across our diverse range of projects. You will be responsible for creating and reviewing health and safety documentation, conducting site visits, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements. This role will require strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to ensuring safety on-site.

Responsibilities:
Health & Safety Management:
o Develop, implement, and maintain health and safety policies and procedures across all projects.
o Ensure compliance with legal and industry standards (CDM 2015, HSE regulations, etc.).
o Identify and mitigate risks across various construction sites.

Documentation & Reporting:
o Write, review, and update risk assessments, method statements, and
safety reports.
o Check and approve health and safety reports submitted by site teams

Site Visits & Inspections:
