The successful applicant will report to the Designated Mental Health Lead and work closely with the Pastoral Team to provide effective one to one/group mentoring, guidance and coaching for pupils with emotional, social and mental health needs.

This role exists within the School Pastoral Team due to recognising the significant need for emotional wellbeing support for young people in this current climate. This role is an exciting opportunity to make a difference to the lives of our pupils and enhance their overall school experience through creating and leading tailored emotional wellbeing programmes and interventions. Duties of a Health and Safety Manager

• Following processes and procedures for all staff
• Actively going on the shop floor

In this Mental Health Team Leader - Safe Haven Accommodation role you will join a 24/7 residential support for those referred by NHS mental health professionals at Derbyshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. The safe haven will offer out-of-hours support on a self-referral basis every day of the week between 4.30pm to 12am for anyone who is struggling and needs a friendly face to talk to. In this role you will help manage a caseload of clients as well as managing a small team of front line workers.

In this Mental Health Team Leader Safe Haven Accommodation job, your responsibilities will include:

• Work alongside people, exploring opportunities to improve their quality of life, develop their skills and make positive decisions about their future
