Receptionist Team Leader
Bournemouth Hospital | Customer | Permanent contract | Full time
Up to £25,000 per annum, dependent on experience
37.5 hours per week - Standard shifts of 7am - 3pm & 1pm - 9pm, some weekend work required

The Opportunity
As our Receptionist Team Leader you will:
- Assist the Support Services Manager in ensuring day to day Front of House activities are carried out to the highest standard
- Provide a friendly, efficient Reception service to all patients, visitors and colleagues
- Ensure work is carried out within agreed working practices and procedures
- Provide guidance, training and support to the Front of House Team, helping them to achieve their potential and accomplish departmental objectives
- Ensure cover is arranged for all gaps in the rotas and personally cover any unfilled shifts
The Person
To succeed as a Receptionist Team Leader, you will need:
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Experience of leading a team
- Good IT and keyboard skills
- Good organisation and analytical skills
- Flexible approach to working rota
- Experience of working in a customer facing environment
