Provide direct access to patients seeking health care management and advice. The successful applicant will be an Independent Nurse Prescriber who can work within the legal framework of nurse prescribing and local prescribing policies. You will hold a case load, support leadership and will be involved in the development of the MHST alongside the Clinical Lead and Clinical Coordinator, supervising practitioners and other senior colleagues in the service and within the borough.

Promote positive Mental Well-Being as well as Positive Mental Health. Contribute to the CAMHS multi professional team assessing, delivering and evaluating the mental health needs of the young people accepted by the service.
