Grazia’s Acting Health & Beauty Director will be the title’s editorial lead for beauty across print, digital and social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the content of the beauty section in print, online and across Grazia’s social media platforms.
- Plan, write, commission and edit print content.
- Plan, write, commission and edit GraziaDaily.co.uk content to fulfil digital targets.
- Work closely with Grazia’s SEO and affiliates teams to develop beauty’s digital strategy and maximise traffic and revenue opportunities.
- Manage the Junior Beauty Editor, Beauty Writer and Digital Fashion & Beauty Assistant.
- Manage the beauty budget across print, digital and social media.
- Continue to build a pool of Grazia beauty voices – writing and commissioning features.
- Use key industry contacts to gain access to new celebrity brand ambassadors and ‘faces of’ for interviews in print and online, pursuing cover opportunities where appropriate.
- Plan and produce Grazia’s industry-renowned beauty awards throughout the year.
- Continue to push the tone and creativity of Grazia beauty content and ideas.
- Work closely with the Head of Beauty to provide editorial support to commercial projects and Grazia Beauty Club activity where relevant.
What You'll Bring:
- Extensive experience of working at a senior level as part of a fast-paced editorial team.
- Extensive experience of working with a digital team and developing SEO and affiliate strategy.
- A wealth of key industry contacts – brands, PRs, talent management, creatives.
- Management experience.
- Means of working in London – Grazia is a hybrid team that works two days in the office each week (Bauer UK Publishing, 75 Hampstead Road, London, NW1 2PL) and three days from home.
