At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for Days On Site Supervisor to join our team in the Darlington for a leading distribution centre at DL3 0PS. You will play a key role in the day to day operation of the business and become a key member of the team.
A flexible approach to working hours is desirable due to the nature of the business.
Working hours: 6am - 2pm Monday to Friday
Days working hours: 6am - 2pm, working Monday to Friday must be flexible to be able to meet the needs you of business.

Salary: £26,644
All hours will be as a supervisor but the majority of your time will be spent in the warehouse having conversations with the staff/ RTW/ coaching forms and performance management.
Role of Afters On Site Supervisor:
- Shift check-ins and sending attendance reports to client and onsite management.
- Holding daily conversations with the warehouse operatives.
- Building relationships with the client team managers, warehouse operatives and the onsite team.
- Holding performance and conduct conversations with the warehouse operatives.
- Supporting the onsite team with administration tasks and paperwork.
- Supporting the warehouse operatives with any challenges on the shop floor.
- Maintaining safety standards and conducting safety conversations.
- Be a key member of the onsite team and uphold our company values.
Skills required of Afters On Site Supervisor:
- Excellent communication skills.
- PC literate and competent working with computers- particularly excel.
- Previous experience of working as a supervisor, team leader or coordinator is desired.
