Medical PA / Practice Manager

Salary: £30k - £45k + Excellent Benefits

The Client:
Our client is a well-established healthcare practice, providing diagnostic assessments, therapy, and mental health support for children and adolescents.
The Role:
As a Medical PA / Practice Manager, you will provide PA support to the Clinic Director and medical secretarial assistance to clinicians.
Responsibilities:
- Manage clinic schedules, bookings, billing, and respond to patient and carer inquiries.
- Handle CQC-related duties, including policy updates and ensuring day-to-day compliance.
- Perform bookkeeping and financial management tasks.
- Carry out basic administration tasks, including data entry, invoicing, and record management.
- Oversee and support junior administrative staff.
- Support medication management and liaise with pharmacies.
- Monitor clinic activities and productivity and manage facility maintenance.
Requirements:
- Previously worked as a Medical Secretary, PA or in a similar role.
- Ideally have 1 year of experience in private medical sector.
- Skilled in Excel, Office 365, and electronic patient management software.
- Background working with children and families would be beneficial.
- GCSE or equivalent qualification would be preferred.
- Right to work in the UK.
