You will take responsibility for a shared caseload of patients seen at home experiencing acute exacerbations and those with palliative needs.

You will also be required to provide cover in clinics for patients with poorly controlled COPD and also be involved in the delivery of our successful Pulmonary Rehabilitation programme, alongside physiotherapy colleagues and specialist support workers. Staff development through CPD, clinical supervision & peer support is supported and encouraged.

It is essential that you have previous experience of working with patients with respiratory conditions.
