Clinical Pharmacist Prescriber Type: Part-Time (20 - 30 hours per week)

Job Description:
We are seeking a qualified Independent Prescriber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmacy and meet the following requirements:
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality pharmaceutical care to patients.
- Prescribe medications independently as per clinical guidelines.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patient needs.
Requirements:
- Valid Independent Prescriber qualification.
- Completion of CPPE Pathways.
- Proficient in using SystmOne.
- Willingness to work onsite in Cheltenham.
