Key Responsibilities:

• Register and process medical report requests, including handling payments for medical report services.
• Respond to all inquiries regarding medical reports via email, phone, and mail.
• Follow up with doctors to ensure completion of pending medical report requests.
• Perform administrative tasks related to the processing of medical report requests.
• Manage and resolve urgent or complex cases to ensure medical reports are delivered within the stipulated timeframes.
• Retrieve and prepare medical records to facilitate report writing and manage duplication requests from law firms and government agencies.
• Conduct quality checks on medical reports to ensure accuracy before release.
• Assist with any other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Minimum diploma or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Experience in a healthcare setting or records management is preferred.
• No experience welcome too! Training provided!
