Key Accountabilities:
Support the Medical Affairs team with ongoing activities and projects including Medical Strategy, Health Economics and Outcomes Research, Scientific Publications, Medical Information, Scientific Engagement and operational support. Opportunities to participate in cross-functional R&D collaboration activities and complete an assigned project.
- Assist with the preparation of Scientific and Clinical educational materials.
- Conduct literature reviews and summarize data for areas of interest.
- Collect status reports and update dashboards for Investigator Initiated Studies, Fellowships, Publication Grants and Independent Medical Education activity grants.
- Organize Medical Library Resources and coordinate training sessions for Research and Development colleagues.
- Assist with the review of Real-World Data from Health Outcomes and Economic Research studies.
- Attend collaborative research study meetings and assist with operational activities.
- Participate in publication project management.
- Support medical information activities.
- Assist Chief Medical Officer with medical strategy updates and activity coordination as assigned.
- Participate in process and technology implementations
Education & Experience
- Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program, in a relevant field of study to the internship you are applying for, with a focus in a scientific discipline
Knowledge
- Knowledge of MS suite of products
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Proficient in PC programs, including Microsoft Office.
Skills & Abilities
- Requires a student with strong communication skills, the ability to think strategically, and demonstrate leadership potential.
