Purpose & Scope
The Associate Director, Total Rewards Strategy & Operations, APAC is responsible for Total Rewards strategy as it relates to the respective region / geography, cross segments and functions, and driving & implementing the Global Total Rewards strategy, data, systems, processes, analytics, compliance, as well as related policies and programs, at a regional and country/cluster level.
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy, implementation and administration of best-in-class Total Rewards programs, policies & procedures (including activities such as job analyses and competitive benchmarking, structuring new hire offers, promotions and other pay adjustments, transfers etc.) at a regional and local level, in alignment with the global Total Rewards strategy and policies.
- Act as the conduit between TR Business Partners and TR Programs & Strategy to drive Total Rewards practices at the regional level with emphasis on driving process efficiencies
- Understanding and articulating regional TR practices based on Global TR Standards
- Responsible for understanding regional labor law regulations relevant for Total Rewards and providing feedback on the same to relevant stakeholders within the larger FME Total Rewards community (e.g., TR Business Partners, TR Programs & Strategy)
- Provide strategic oversight, leadership and expertise to Total Rewards country/cluster staff ensuring that Total Rewards and pay practices are compliant with all pertinent regulatory requirements, as well as in line with the global Total Rewards strategy and policies.
- Design, develop and oversee Total Rewards related process documentation, training and education materials and programs for operations and the broader HR organization, as well as for line managers.
- Monitor the effectiveness of existing Total Rewards policies, guidelines and procedures.
- Monitor the research of market conditions and the analysis of survey data to establish and maintain equitable pay grades and competitive salary structures and ranges, aligned with the global methodology.
- Drive continuous improvement of Total Rewards processes, workflow and systems from a regional and local perspective, through frequent analyses and audits, providing recommendations for improvements to enable the company to attract, motivate and retain the best possible employees while maintaining compliance with all pertinent regulations and guidelines.
- Work with external Total Rewards vendors to achieve optimal system performance and maintain effective working relationships.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and coaching for direct reports to maintain an engaged and productive workforce; oversee and manage the workload and responsibilities of assigned staff.
- Establish departmental goals and objectives implementing performance standards aligned with company and business unit goals. Provide informal feedback on an ongoing basis and formal feedback in the annual performance evaluation.
- Manage the department staffing through the appropriate development, hiring, firing and disciplinary actions.
- Provide for the appropriate development and training of assigned staff.
Experience & Skills
- Proven experience of 10-15 years, with 5+ years’ experience in a compensation and benefits leadership role, in a regional/country cluster setup.
- 5+ years' experience with HRIS, Total Rewards systems, and/or data management required
- Experience with Job evaluation methodologies certification
- Expert, up-to-date knowledge of Total Rewards strategies, theories, best practices, governance and relevant labour law regulations at a regional and country/cluster level
- Strong management skills and the ability to lead cohesive and productive teams, across multiple countries
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of management through diplomacy and tact.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills combined with effective interpersonal skills.
- Strong consultative skills to work with all levels of management in a relationship driven organization.
- Competency with computer software applications such as Microsoft Office and Workday HRIS.
- Must be able to proactively identify and solve problems creatively with a win-win focus.
- Must be flexible with the ability to work in situations where there is no unique correct answer.

为业务部门和更广泛的人力资源组织以及部门经理设计、开发和监督与全面奖励相关的流程文件、培训和教育材料及计划。
监督现有全面奖励政策、指导方针和程序的有效性。
监测市场条件研究和调查数据分析,根据全球方法建立并维持公平的薪酬等级和具有竞争力的薪酬结构和范围。
通过经常性的分析和审计,从区域和地方角度推动全面奖励流程、工作流程和系统的持续改进,提出改进建议,使公司能够吸引、激励和留住最优秀的员工,同时遵守所有相关法规和准则。
与外部全面奖励供应商合作,实现最佳系统性能并保持有效的工作关系。
领导、指导和辅导直接下属,保持员工的参与度和工作效率;监督和管理指派员工的工作量和职责。
根据公司和业务部门的目标,制定部门目标,实施绩效标准。持续提供非正式反馈,并在年度绩效评估中提供正式反馈。
通过适当的发展、聘用、解雇和纪律处分,管理部门的人员配置。
为指定员工提供适当的发展和培训。
经验与技能
有 10-15 年的工作经验,其中 5 年以上在地区/国家集群中担任薪酬和福利领导职务的经验。
需要 5 年以上人力资源信息系统、全面奖励系统和/或数据管理经验
具有工作评估方法认证经验
具备全面奖励战略、理论、最佳实践、管理以及地区和国家/集群层面相关劳动法律法规方面的最新专业知识
具有较强的管理技能,能够在多个国家领导团结一致、富有成效的团队
