Salary: £44,292.60 - £48,493.54 (Based on full time hours - pro rata for part time)
Allowance: Outer London Weighting (£2,163.27)

Motivated Leadership: Your role involves being an enthusiastic, creative leader dedicated to nursing excellence. Inspire and lead our nursing team toward success.
Clinical Expertise: Develop and deliver clinical, health, and wellbeing interventions that empower individuals on their recovery journey.
Supervision: Provide clinical and managerial supervision to the nursing team, ensuring everyone reaches their full potential.
Service Excellence: Contribute to service development, ensuring high-quality interventions adhering to best practice guidelines and professional standards.
Clinical Excellence: Showcase your clinical prowess, monitoring, auditing, and sustaining best practices across our locations in Croydon.
