This is an exciting new service funded by the NHS for six people, who each will have their own high quality flat complemented by communal facilities. In the heart of Horley, the service will enable a small group of people to move out of a residential care home and also for two people to leave hospital. You will support people with learning disabilities and long term health conditions to younger autistic people who may have some behaviours of concern. We need support workers who can offer personalised support, understanding each unique person and what matters to them.
Experience is not essential - Ideal candidates for this role will be required to have excellent listening and communication skills with empathy and a positive support approach.
