• Needle Packaging Set-up Operators will be responsible for production on their designated lines as well as maintaining machine runtime and performing some mechanical repairs.

• They may perform visual inspections as well as assembly or packaging operations.

The duties are to include, but not limited to:

• Light manual assembly, 100% inspection to packaging requirements and machine operation.

• Must be familiar with specifications outlined in the process procedures, Quality Control Specifications, Drawings and GMP Manuals. 

• Perform and record quality checks and line clearances as required per documentation.

• Will be required to wear appropriate apparel for entry into the clean room environment. Must comply with protective clothing policy and all safety policies.

• The operation includes issuing goods to production orders, bagging, packaging, labeling and and staging components for each operation per documented procedure.

• May be required to operate material handling equipment. Operations may include starting and stopping machine, selecting the material combination program as required, performing line clearances, fill hoppers, bagging, and packaging/ labeling per documented procedures

• Other duties as required to support the needs of the business.

What You’ll Do

You'll work individually and in teams to support capital projects and implement solutions for our clients. Together, you will help our clients make critical changes to improve their performance and realize their most important goals.

• Execute process system engineering from concept/strategic planning to final/detail design, including system enhancements/unit operation optimization and greenfield construction
• Ensure that manufacturing, facilities and maintenance, quality, and validation systems are designed in accordance with current Good Manufacturing Practices
• Handle equipment sizing and selection in collaboration with OEMs/vendors
• Direct the work of CAD designers
• Ensure that installation work is progressing according to the construction documents and design intent
• Provide on-site support during system testing, start-up, commissioning and qualification
• Develop project scopes and assist with preparation of proposals for engineering/design services
• Keep abreast of new and emerging technologies and current Good Manufacturing Practices

What You’ll Bring

• A minimum of FIVE years of industrial process system engineering/design experience
• A working knowledge of process definition means and methods including the ability to identify required process unit operations, develop process flow diagrams (PFDs), and prepare energy and mass balance calculations
• The ability to conduct cycle time, bottleneck, and gap analyses and to create utility requirement matrices
• Experience in instrumentation selection, and equipment selection, sizing and specifications
• An understanding of process construction documents including piping & instrument diagrams (P&IDs) and equipment general arrangement drawings
• An understanding of piping plans including orthographic and isometric drawings, operator access platform and equipment support drawings, line lists, tie-in lists, installation specifications, bills of material (BOM), and scopes of work
• Familiarity with process control methodologies and control valves and instrumentation
• The ability to developing functional specifications
• Experience with complex CIP/SIP integration (preferred)
• A basic understanding of project management fundamentals
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills

Essential Functions

• Generate Quality Notifications, initiate investigations and provide approval of investigations.

• Perform statistical sampling of production and conducts testing required assuring product safety and compliance to specifications, GMP's and ISO requirements.

The Opportunity: 

When a user tries new hardware or software, they expect it to be intuitive and run smoothly. Functionality, reliability, and user experience are key to successful development—and that means rigorous testing. That’s why we need an experienced test engineer like you who knows how to thoroughly test aircraft hardware and software and work to make sure our team releases the best F-35 possible.   

As a test engineer on our team, provide test engineering support to develop and document data analysis requirements to satisfy test objectives. You’ll support the development of test plans for F-35 flight test and lab calibration tests, including the design, development, and implementation of complex calculations in support of test objectives. You’ll use your experience to work with test facility personnel to maintain test readiness in support of real-time data display and recording, and troubleshoot test data issues before, during, and after test activities. Working with government client, you’ll coordinate with instrumentation and software programming personnel for problem fixes and new installation and development. You’ll analyze recorded and calculated test data and assess for quality prior to release to data end-users. This is an opportunity to supercharge your skills and apply advanced consulting and extensive technical expertise and full industry knowledge. You’ll also broaden your experience as you develop innovative solutions to complex problems and work independently with minimal direction. Work with us as we test and develop F-35 solutions to improve our nation’s critical stealth fighter program.

You Have:

• 2+ years of experience working in a professional environment

• Experience engaging and coordinating with varied stakeholder groups, including participation in cross-functional teams

• Experience with aircraft systems tests, including test planning, execution, and conduct

• Ability to grasp and manipulate project schedules

• Ability to assess risks and propose mitigation options

• Secret clearance

• Bachelor’s degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) field

Nice If You Have:   

• Experience with aircraft systems tests for multiple platforms

• Experience with a DoD ACAT II or larger acquisition program office

• Experience with aircraft, mission systems, avionics, subsystems development, testing, production, and operational use

• Experience with military flight in a strike and fighter aircraft

• Experience in Quality Assurance

• Defense Acquisition University Test and Evaluation Certification

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
