individuals to join our savoury squad as Line Operators. If you've got a knack for fast-paced food production, a keen eye for
detail, and a love for all things pastry, then you might just be the perfect filling for our team!
Job Description: As a Factory Operative, you will play a pivotal role in our fast-paced food production environment, ensuring the
seamless operation of our Hot-Pie production lines. You will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of efficiency,
quality, and hygiene while adhering to strict safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operate and maintain production line equipment efficiently to meet daily production targets.
2. Conduct regular quality checks to ensure adherence to product specifications and regulatory standards.
3. Work with raw meat and ingredients, following stringent hygiene practices to prevent contamination.
4. Monitor critical control points (CCPs) to uphold food safety and quality standards.
5. Lift and handle ingredients and finished products, weighing up to 25kg, with care and attention to safety.
6. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve any production issues promptly.
7. Uphold a culture of excellence and continuous improvement, actively contributing to raising the bar in production standards.
8. Adhere to a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, working 6am-6pm
Requirements:
1. Good written and spoken English skills to effectively communicate with team members and supervisors.
2. Previous experience in a fast-paced factory environment, ideally within the food industry.
3. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
4. Physical ability to lift and handle weights up to 25kg safely.
5. Familiarity with operating and maintaining production line equipment is advantageous.
6. Knowledge of critical control points (CCPs) and food safety regulations is preferred.
