Please note for this role we require candidates to be able to work a mix of shifts across the morning. afternoon and evening

· You will join the Food & Beverage team working as Host
· You enjoy taking and delivering food and drinks orders, demonstrating exceptional levels of customer service, and creating memorable experiences for our guests and colleagues.
· Are you friendly, positive, passionate and eager to be part of a team of likeminded professionals? Then this is the job for you!
· Multifunctional Food and Beverage management and support allowing you to flex your skills in all Food and Beverage Outlets within the Hotel. This will cover and not exclusive to restaurants, bars, in room dining and conference and events, both early and late shifts.
· Ensure that all Food and Beverage bookings are managed and communicated across the Food and Beverage department in a timely manner
· In depth knowledge of the booking system used within the Food and Beverage department
· Ensure that all guests are called pre-arrival and any specific requirements are communicated with the teams
· Liaison with guests in the booking of private events within the Food and Beverage departments.
· Welcome guests in a polite and friendly manner, consistently demonstrating great customer service
· Up-sell with latest departmental incentives
· Carry out cleaning duties as assigned to you in any of the food and beverage outlets
· Adhere to all hotel brand standards
· As a Food and Beverage Host you will work 5 days per week, including, but not always, weekends and bank holidays
