• Position : Specialist Continental Chef De Partie
• Employer : Highly renowned Pub themed restaurant group
• Location: Preston
• Gross OTE salary package : circa £34,000 + (incl.share of serv. chge +
targeted bonus)
• Weekly working hours / days 48 hours / 5 days
• Benefits & Entitlements: 28 days paid holiday (pro rata) incentives,

Your role involves skilful preparation of complex Continental dishes and specialties specific to the regional theme of the establishment and its menus. You will be responsible for a series of kitchen operational duties commensurate with job role, and also be engaged in training and supervising of Commi Chefs and other junior kitchen staff.
To qualify for selection you must have the following minimum requirements: -
• Eligibility to live and work in UK
• Experience in the preparation of authentic high quality Continental dishes &
Specialities
• Technical knowledge of ingredient quality, sourcing, measuring & formulation
• Industrial training in a world renowned culinary/hospitality institute
• Previous experience of at least 3 years in this role + min 3 years of prior
experience in escalating job roles
• Relevant Health & Safety credentials and knowledge of HACCP protocols
• Resident within commutable distance of up to one hour
