Actual Salary: £18,018 - £19,619 per annum (Grade 4)
Hours: 30 per week
Based: Various locations throughout the borough

Role Overview:
To be a self-motivated organised responsible person who is enthusiastic innovative and passionate about their job and generally interested in food.
To cook to a very high standard which is delivered and compliant to food-based standards in line with the current menu and take responsibility at unit level for all daily tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- To be responsible at unit level in ensuring a high-quality education catering service is provided.
- To be responsible for all aspects of the service delivery e.g., ordering, preparation, production, and meal service.
- To be responsible for all aspects of budget management.
- To be responsible for all aspects of performance management.
Key Requirements:
To succeed in this role, as a minimum, you will need.
- Basic food hygiene certificate, NVQ Level 2, -catering City and Guilds .Have or be willing to study for and obtain Intermediate Food Hygiene Certificate.
- Experience in an industrial catering environment of all aspects of service delivery, ordering, preparation, production, and meal service.
- Ability to complete paperwork to a required standard and undertake IT duties.
