Pastry Sous Chef in our team are passionate about baking, chocolate and patisserie. They are committed and have a natural drive for excellence producing the most delicious food.
Contribute to controlling costs, improving gross profit margins, and other departmental and financial targets. To cost all menus in accordance with the budget, record daily wastage and quantities sold.

Experience in a similar role within a 5-star hotel is a significant advantage.
