At InterContinental London Park Lane, we are currently looking to for a Food and Beverage Operations Manager to join the Arch Bar & Wellington Lounge Team

As our F&B Operations Manager you will work across all the food and beverage areas with your main focus being on the Arch Bar and Wellington Lounge. You will be accountable for the day-to-day performance of your division working alongside the team to deliver results by exceeding the guests’ expectations with a working pattern of 5 days out of 7.
You will need to roster all team members to ensure the most effective and efficient use of resources to consistently deliver brand standards making sure they have the tools they need and with your guidance and first-hand experience. You need to be excellent at engaging with guests and able to deliver Forbes 4* and above level service in a fast-paced environment you will be able to recognise departmental challenges and solve multiple undefined problems, improving processes, systems, and product.
Conducting performance reviews, regular check-ins and be responsible for engagement of the team for which they have accountability. Delivering in the moment coaching to the team as a whole as well as regular individual training. You need to show awareness of market trend and be prepared to implement new initiatives and demonstrate collaboration with other departments. The ideal candidate will be full flexibility and able to cover other areas of the F&B operation periodically when coverage is required.
