BRIEF OVERVIEW OF DUTIES:

As part of the Food and Beverage Team, you will be integral in providing high end, personalised and memorable experiences for all our guests.

• You will be responsible for delivering efficient and professional food and beverage service to our guests.
• Can pay close attention to detail and upsell when the situation arises to promote food and beverage offerings.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness in the breakfast/kitchen/bar area.
• Help with the day to day running of the pot wash and dishwasher.
• Ensure all equipment is stored correctly and allocated to the designated areas.
• Helping with the unloading and putting away of deliveries.
• Helping with food preparation task (such as peeling and chopping vegetables)
• Experience of working with Micros and Hilton is preferable, but full training is provided for all our systems.
• Ensure all Health and Safety legislation and procedures are adhered to; this will involve appropriate training.

Pay Rate: £12.79 (+ as a little incentive, you will earn an extra £1.20 per hour for hours worked between midnight and 6am, bringing your rate of pay to £13.99 per hour.)
Shift Pattern: Full time, scheduled between 3am to 12pm including weekend

About the Role


Early Shifts Team Member at The Breakfast Club, Gatwick Airport

Pay Rate: £11.86 per hour + as a little incentive, you will earn an extra £1.20 per hour for hours worked between midnight and 6 AM, bringing your rate of pay to £13.06 per hour. We offer additional service charge
Shift pattern: Part Time/Full Time, scheduled between 03:00am
- 10.00am, including weekendsSuccessful candidates will be required to provide references for the last 5 years and undergo a Criminal Record Check in line with Airport Security Regulations.Due to some responsibilities within the Team Member role, applicants will need to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts and will be required to handle and serve alcohol.
