Can fry and cut
To work with the kitchen team to produce food for the unit to a high standard daily.
To ensure kitchen is supervised and managed efficiently and effectively to ensure total accountability for their productivity and efficiency
Knowledge of health and safety standards
Handle the planning and development of menus and recipes
Ensure that all areas of the kitchen are clean and sanitized including food processing equipment, cooking utensils and other light equipment.
Work well under pressure and have no qualms assuming additional responsibilities.
Ensure prompt and speedy delivery of the orders
Requirements
Experience in Catering food
Previous traditional Indian Restaurant Experience
Restaurant Industry Knowledge
Extensive Food and Beverage Knowledge
