The role

Our Sous Chef is responsible for producing all menu items in an efficient and consistent manner. This role reports directly to the Head Chef and is part of a team based from our attractive hotel in Manchester.

Sous Chef duties include:

• Assisting the Head Chef with responsibility for the Kitchens daily operations
• In the Head Chefs absence you will be responsible for the following:
• Responsible for ordering stock and dealing with suppliers
• Monitor and control stock levels
• Unloading and putting away deliveries
• Implementing control measures and training staff about COSHH and Manual Handling
• Ensure the cleaning schedules are followed and a high level of cleanliness throughout all kitchen is
