Tasks required by this job includes:
• Examine bookings and consult with customers about any specific requirements.
• Keeping the kitchen and eating areas clean and food hygiene in check.
• Confirms that the food, beverage, and waiting service requirements are satisfied.
• Supervise other staff members and counter employees during the meal preparation process.
• Monitor purchases items or supplies and makes account preparation arrangements.
• To minimize loss and waste and to keep under the cost cap, ensure that supplies are used and accounted for properly.
• Determine the manpower, resources, and other short- and long-term requirements.
• Set up weekly and regular staff meetings and training.
• Ensure that other employees maintain teamwork and health and safety.
