Key Responsibilities:

• Hands-On Leadership: Lead by example in providing exceptional high-end dining and service, ensuring every guest experience exceeds expectations.

• Team Motivation and Development: Maintain a motivated and highly skilled team, fostering a culture of excellence and ensuring a high standard of guest satisfaction.

• Talent Recruitment and Management: Collaborate with Outlet Managers and the Talent & Culture Team to recruit new team members and manage the life cycle of each staff member, from appraisal to performance coaching.

• Strategic Marketing and Revenue Generation: Develop marketing and promotions plans to drive incremental revenue and enhance guest engagement.

• Financial Accountability: Manage monthly costs, inventory, and daily operating expenses, ensuring efficient use of resources and achievement of budgeted profit targets.

• Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with all statutory, HSE standards, procedures, and processes, prioritizing the safety and well-being of both guests and staff.

• Reporting and Communication: Monitor, report, and document all operations with detailed explanations, and liaise with the General Manager on finance matters or discrepancies.

The Role 

This is an opportunity to develop and execute the food & beverage strategy for the hotel and take full accountability for business goals. This position reports to the General Manager, collaborates closely with the hotel leadership team, and is responsible for Food & Beverage business, talent development, guest experience and maximising revenue and overall financial performance of the various venues;

• Designing, costing and implementing innovative menus incorporating both Accor standards and standalone venue positioning
• Owning, creating and driving revenue

• Proactively setting, implementing and reviewing service standards
• Ensuing safety & hygiene standards & compliance across the food and beverage operation to achieve HACCP standards.

The role
We are looking for a diploma or bachelor trained assistant director to work in collaboration with the center manager to run a high quality ELC which meets the needs of all children and families who attend. The ideal candidate will have experience with all age groups and can provide a warm, caring, safe and secure environment! Our client is looking for the right person who has strong knowledge of the EYLF , experienced within a leadership role and is passionate and confident to build positive relationships with children and their families. This role would be office based 2 days and 3 days floating throughout each room.
