Salary: £26,750 - £30,000 + Benefits
We have a great opportunity to join Premier Inn as Deputy Hotel Manager for our Southampton Westsite.
As Deputy Hotel Manager you are a pivotal part of the Hotel Management team. Reporting to the Hotel Manager and deputising in their absence, you'll be responsible for the successful daily running operation of all departments (Front of House, Back of House* and housekeeping teams) whilst making sure our guests and team are kept safe, all internal audits successfully passed and compliance requirements are met.
Working with your Hotel Manager you will drive commercial best practice, maximising revenue opportunities and manage our controllable costs to deliver a strong business performance .With a keen eye for detail you'll ensure that brand standards are consistently maintained and utilise guest feedback to increase performance against KPI targets

Role Purpose

Food is incredibly important at B&K and our Head Chefs are the leaders in our kitchen. You will live and breathe food, be passionate about detail and take pride in your work. You are friendly, approachable and understand that communication is key to all departments, especially your General Manager.

As a Head Chef in our Brewpubs, you’ll have the drive and determination to deliver an excellent service, every single day. Your main responsibilities include managing the food stock, ensuring safe working practices, you’ll also be managing the food safety regulations in your Brewpub kitchen by leading your team correctly. You’ll take a front foot in the preparation and cooking of our menu, ensuring it leaves the kitchen to perfect specification for our guests and will be given creative opportunities to develop dishes for our menu.
