The Senior cook will prepare meals and follow establishment recipes. Duties include preparing ingredients, adhering to the restaurant menu, and following food health and safety procedures. Cook, clean, assist other cooks and staff and deliver food in a fast-paced environment. Work may include operating a grill, oven, or fryer. Previous experience in a team environment and various cooking methods preferred.
That cook need to play as multitasking role he must be ready to washing vessels and cleaning kitchen environment
Duties and Responsibilities
• Setting up, cleaning, and organizing work stations
• Preparing ingredients for the shift; washing vegetables, chopping, seasoning meat, etc.
• Preparing deep fryer, utensils, and grill for shift
• Roti prate flour mixing
• Ready to cook Goring items (nasi,ikanpils,mee,kwithya,noodles)
• preparation of south indian & north indian curies
• Taking orders from wait staff or computerized system
• Cooking order according to food health and safety standards
• Recommending ideas for specials or seasonal dishes
• Handling multiple food orders at one time
• Monitoring multiple food orders as new orders arrive
• Dressing order for presentation
• Ensuring each guest order has the correct food and sides
• Delivering food order to wait staff in a timely manner
• Storing all food properly
• Sanitizing and cleaning work stations and utensils
• Reordering stock and food supplies
• Monitoring other cooks and team members
• Assisting other cooks in preparing food or helping other team members when needed
Requirements and Qualifications
• Ready to work any shift
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
• Physical endurance to stand for an entire shift
• Self-motivated and self-directed
• Works well as part of a team and on individual tasks
• Able to quickly memorize complex or multiple orders
• High school degree or equivalent
• Previous experience as a cook, or relevant work experience
• Legally able to work in establishments which serve alcohol
• Able to work early mornings, nights, and weekends

Develop and formulate beverage prototype based on projects, industrial standards and country-specific requirements.
Handle and lead beverage application projects such coffee, tea, dairy, plant-based, carbonated soft drinks, fruit juices, energy drinks, flavored water and alcoholic beverages.
Handle lab process equipment including UHT, aseptic filler, homogenizer, carbonator, hot water bath, autoclave and high shear mixer.
Good understanding of product heat treatment for different beverage categories to ensure product safety.
Select and evaluate the right flavor solution in compliance with applications requirements.
Strong sensory skills to evaluate and select appropriate flavors.
Understand the commercial needs for the category/market and be the technical contact/support for the key category customers/markets.
Design, prepare and conduct shelf life testing for beverages.
Manage raw materials, laboratory supplies and housekeeping.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
Maintain effective communication with team members and clients.

Organize Monthly stock take activities on selected outlet
Airport pass application for delivery suppliers

Logistic (Import/Export and Delivery Operations) –
Planning Shipment from overseas suppliers
Ensure timely & accurate arrival of shipment through close liaison with 3PL, freight forwarder supplier & distribution.
Prepare and check all shipping documents such as B/L, packing list, certificate of origin etc. to ensure that they are complete and comply with AVA import and export rules and regulations
Coordinate AVA inspection when shipment arrive at warehouse
Book cargo space and purchase insurance for shipments
Liaise with Freight Forwarder, transportation, etc. to ensure timely clearance and delivery of shipments
Import & export arrangements
Manage the delivery and logistic team in the Company
Manage and plan regular vehicle maintenance to ensure minimal disruption to delivery operations
Other ad-hoc duties when required
Requirements:
Diploma in related field preferred
At least 2 years of relevant work experience
