We are looking for a individual who is looking to gain experience and exposure with the Finance team in supporting their day to day operations.

What You Will Do

• Assist in performing 3-way matching on the purchase invoices for the Group’s F&B outlets
• Updating the purchasing transaction in the accounting system
• Preparation of monthly payments
• Assist in accounting administration in reviewing expenditure claims from associate
• Ensure accuracy and completeness in Revenue posting to Accounting System
• Assist in verifying sales collection and AR billing for F&B Business
• Other ad hoc from the finance department from time-to-time

What You Will Need

• Currently studying Accounting or Finance or any relevant major
• Candidates who graduated from junior college or polytechnics are welcome to apply

• Good communication, analytical and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

• Conduct salary benchmarking & benefits analysis exercise for internal & external equity purpose and work out salary package for local
• Manage the day-to-day C&B matters
• Assist in compensation and benefits surveys in close partnership with vendors and entities
• Support the annual salary reviews and bonus exercise
• Prepare various HR reports, MOM Surveys
• Other HR, C&B projects and ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Business Administration / Human Resource / Telecommunications or equivalent
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to demonstrate confidentiality and uphold professional ethics
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task
• Excellent in both English and Mandarin Language (used for internal / external communication with key stakeholders)

Responsibilities

• Handles all correspondence and organises contacts between the catering sales team and their customers
• Ensures telephone calls are manned and attended to promptly
• Responds promptly to emails and phone requests for information or quotes
• Data entry tasks for the sales team – maintaining and updating customer records
• Maintains updates on corporate and wedding package
• Prepares proposals and agreements for customers
• Assists with production reports or any relevant reports for Director of Catering Sales and Director of Sales & Marketing
• Assists with coordinating with Room Controller with showroom keys and familiarisation trips, site inspections at the hotel level when required
• Coordinating with the Banquet Service team as well as the Banquet Kitchen team on event actualization such as confirmation of floor plans, menu finalization etc.
• Conducts telesales activities at the direction of the Director of Catering Sales and Director of Sales & Marketing
