Responsibilities:
- Conduct salary benchmarking & benefits analysis exercise for internal & external equity purpose and work out salary package for local
- Manage the day-to-day C&B matters
- Assist in compensation and benefits surveys in close partnership with vendors and entities
- Support the annual salary reviews and bonus exercise
- Prepare various HR reports, MOM Surveys
- Other HR, C&B projects and ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Business Administration / Human Resource / Telecommunications or equivalent
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to demonstrate confidentiality and uphold professional ethics
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task
- Excellent in both English and Mandarin Language (used for internal / external communication with key stakeholders)
