Job Description Supporting the business in Wales in all aspect of daily operations.
You will be an integral member of the support team, supporting our locations in the chef/managers absence and supporting key contracts across the business with events, pop ups
This will include:
- Financial management - costing dishes to ensure
- General kitchen management and support
- Menu creation
- H&S management
- Due diligence and completion of all mandatory paperwork
- Supporting with mobilisation of new business
- Working with culinary team to implement exciting initiatives
- Building relationships with suppliers and producers
Company Description A unique opportunity to join the support team in Wales
On the road role supporting the business across Wales, primarily supporting a key contract based between Swansea and Carmarthen, with flexibility required to support locations from Newport, Cardiff and Pembrokeshire.
Salary £25k per annum plus expenses

Qualifications - Strong culinary background
- Previous experience within the contract catering sector (desirable)
- A love and passion for great food
- Strong organisational skills
- Experience of working with Microsoft systems, in house systems and general computerised work.
- Strong financial acumen
