1. Negotiate with 3PL cold chain transporters and external warehouse storage quotation and review in quarterly basis base on market trend to strive lower delivery cost.
2. Liaise and co-ordinate with logistic companies to ensure smooth operations and delivery of goods to customers to achieve OTIF KPI Target.
3. Perform depot management to ensure optimum stock level and order fulfillment.
4. To guide and coach the new personnel on their operation duties.
5. Perform cold chain quality management and audit to ensure no cold chain break in delivery, depot, 3PL facilities, and distributor storage and practice high hygiene standard.
6. To maintain in good condition the depot and equipment provided by the company.
7. To implement operations policies, procedures, safety & regulations.
8. To ensure documentations, report & market and customer intelligence are channeled to the relevant departments on a timely manner.
9. To build strong internal and external relationship in order to solve customers' complaints & problems through understanding and negotiations.
10. Review and monitor daily last mile delivery operation to increase truck load utilization and engage with sales team to improve order for low utilization route to achieve cost saving.
11. Cooperate with Plant first mile logistics team to ensure timely delivery to depot and distributor in order to ensure meeting last mile delivery KPI target.
12. To perform any other tasks and assignments as directed by the management from time to time.

Being a high growth electronics company, we are looking for a candidate who will be a passionate strong self-starter to manage our logistics operations for Ceiling Fans in Malaysia.

This individual will help us co-ordinate daily logistic requirements, gather operational data for report generation and contribute ideas in current process optimization. The candidate will be experiencing the breath-taking pace of high growth start-up journey. He/She will be part of PRISM+ Malaysia team and will report to the local Operations Manager.


Responsibilities of a Logistics Co-ordinator (Ceiling Fans) but are not limited to:

• Data processing of day-to-day logistics arrangements and liaison.
• Reschedule any failed or defective delivery.
• Responsible for management of Logistics system.
• Own the master datafile of successful deliveries for archiving purposes.
• Prepare reporting on cost per delivery and drive cost savings initiatives.
• Strive to achieve target of T+1 days delivery for majority of the orders.
• Manage delivery vehicles scheduled maintenances, Insurance & Road Tax.
• Also arrange & facilitate all regulatory inspection (eg :Puspakom , JPJ etc).

• Month end timely submission of drivers Incentives & Overtime accordingly.
• Manage , scrutinize & approve all drivers claims.
• Ensure all orders for the day are delivered successfully.
• Follow-up with drivers on delivery status where required promptly.
• Precise and effective routing & scheduling of deliveries to all drivers.
• Ensure all required fields are accurate upon delivery. Eg: Proof of Delivery (POD).
• Will be trainer for new Ceiling Fans technicians, and QC tech’s post installation workmanship. (training will be provided).
• Any other ad-hoc tasks as required.

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in any relevant discipline with SPM credit in Mathematics and English.
• At least 2 year of working experience. Knowledge and working experience with electrical appliance installation will be an added advantage.
• 5.5 work day week (Mon- Fri : 9AM till 6:30PM , & Sat : 9AM till 12:30PM).
• Proficient in writing and speaking in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Good interpersonal attitude, attention to detail, disciplined and process oriented with a high sense of urgency.
