The primary purpose of this position is to provide comprehensive recruitment and placement services for assigned organizations AF wide. Position is also responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of guidance, policy, and procedures for the Air Force Personnel Center.

Duties

GS-07:

• Provides recruitment and placement services to assigned organizations
• Codes and processes a variety of personnel actions
• Researches data and drafts responses to customer inquiries
• Participates in planning, monitoring, and conducting special studies, projects, and initiatives

• Provides recruitment and placement services to assigned organizations
• Processes a full range of personnel actions
• Provides recruitment and placement advisory services to organizations serviced
• Assists in special initiatives, studies and projects, and affirmative employment activities

• Receives, reviews, and analyzes recruitment requests and supporting documentation from serviced organizations
• Codes and reviews all types of complex personnel actions
• Participates in special initiatives, studies and projects, and affirmative employment activities
• Performs a full range of staffing advisory services to organizations serviced

Responsibilities:

• Prepare daily menu for all meals consumed by the children and staff in the centre.
• Strive to ensure food served to children are balanced and met the dietary guidelines for children
• and youth as recommended by the Singapore Health Promotion Board.
• Purchase ingredients used in daily cooking.
• Ensure that the food is prepared in a clean and hygienic way.
• Ensure meals served are on time.
• Ensure that kitchen/cooking area are well cleaned after cooking.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the centre during the absence of the Centre Attendant (Cleaner).

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 1 year experience
• Good knowledge of food hygiene and food preparation
• Basic knowledge of balanced dietary requirements for children
• Good time management skills
• Honest and trustworthy
• Has initiative and is committed
