Descriptions:

• Oversee inventory management, estimate food usage, place orders with suppliers, and coordinate the delivery of fresh ingredients and beverages.
• Conduct sensory tests or evaluate the quality of fresh produce regularly.
• Supervise food preparation processes and techniques, ensuring consistency in portion sizes and quality control.
• Design and develop appealing menu items, determining prices based on cost analysis.
• Track revenues and expenses, taking corrective measures to meet financial targets.
• Manage the ordering of supplies such as tableware, cooking utensils, and other essential items.
• Coordinate equipment maintenance, repairs, and any required services.

• Planning the menu, keeping in mind budget, and availability of seasonal ingredients.

• Provide exceptional customer service by welcoming walk-in customers, addressing their inquiries, promoting products, and assisting with order fulfillment.
• Restock and organize merchandise following the company's Standard Operating Procedures.
• Conduct checks for out-of-stock items, product quality, and expiration dates.
• Ensure accurate price tagging on all products.
• Handle cashiering tasks, including processing customer exchanges, refunds, and promoting the customer loyalty program during checkout.
• Create and maintain attractive retail displays.

• Assist with retail outlet opening and closing procedures, including participating in the cashier balancing process.
