Copper Chimney is a tribute to the secret recipes and culinary techniques passed down from Undivided North India. Known for our rich and diverse menu, we aim to offer our guests an exceptional dining experience through authentic flavors, outstanding service, and a warm, inviting atmosphere. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team, ensuring that Copper Chimney continues to uphold its commitment to quality, authenticity, and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Lead, train, and supervise restaurant staff to ensure high standards of service.
- Ensure the restaurant adheres to food safety regulations and maintains high standards of cleanliness.
- Manage restaurant finances, including budgeting, expense tracking, and profit margin analysis.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure food quality, portion control, and efficient service.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain inventory levels, order supplies, and manage vendor relationships.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive restaurant footfall and revenue.
- Schedule staff shifts and manage payroll.
- Organize and oversee special events and promotions.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a 6 years Restaurant Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality or Food and Beverage industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach.
- Proficiency in restaurant management software, POS systems, and Microsoft Office.
- Solid financial management skills, including budgeting, expense tracking, and revenue forecasting.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and industry standards.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- A passion for North Indian cuisine and culture is a plus!
