To carry out table service of the Restaurant department, maintaining the maximum quality of standards required to ensure optimum guest satisfaction. Working within a excellent team to deliver exception customer service at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- To assist the Senior Team with the service of food and beverages, ensuring the 4 Red Star and 2 Rosette standard is maintained
- To be familiar with and understand the day’s menus.
- Lay up tables as per the correct standards
- To check and prepare mis-en-place for each meal service.
- Correct handling, storage and cleaning of all food service equipment as detailed on the work plans
- Allergen awareness
